Let me start by saying Clint is the man! I wish I lived in Utah so I could shake his hand. He helped me pick out and decide on an amazing vacuum, a Sebo D4. Other shops near me didn't even have them in stock and were quickly trying to get me off the phone. I bought a D4 SEBO vacuum from Clint after seeing this place recommended on Reddit. The whole situation has turned into a headache. At the time of purchase, Clint never mentioned anything about not being an authorized SEBO dealer. I only found that out afterward when I tried to register the product and ran into issues. Looking back, the interaction with Clint makes a lot more sense—he was way under MSRP. When learned they weren’t an authorized dealer anymore, it felt like the missing puzzle piece. It would’ve been nice if he had been upfront about that before taking my money.

I had the best experience working with Clint from The Vacuum Doctor of Utah. I was shopping for two new vacuums for my mom and myself, Clint was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with.
