If Apple recommends this place for Service, don’t plan on same day service. It’s an appointment for a consultation for making a further appointment. Just plan on driving up to the Apple Store . Save some time.

I wish I would’ve checked the reviews or trusted my gut. My AirPods stopped working with noise canceling and support recommended I go to this authorized location because they would have “multiple avenues” for fixing my issue. They didn’t have one avenue. Apologies to Aedan because of how short I was, but what a waste of time driving into the busiest part of Provo rather than just having Apple mail me a replacement directly. If you don’t have a way to fix it or replace it, you shouldn’t be an authorized shop and people deserve to be warned and thus a 1-star review.

My Apple laptop was not charging. Another technician thought a part in the charging plug was defective and found a replacement. It still didn't charge. I brought it to CougarTech Repair and Logan identified the problem right away. It was a "dirty" connection piece which he cleaned in a jiff and now it is working great. Thanks Logan. BTW, no charge for that simple fix. Nice workers and great job.

Trustworthy and good service. Nathan. 5 stars. My laptop stopped working, so I took it to different tech. services just to compare (I kind of knew what was wrong with it, but I wanted to let the experts take it). One place, just to run the diagnose would cost $50 and it would be ready in 3 days or $80 to have it done within 24 hours. Another place charged $100 (just for diagnose). Finally cougar tech had good reviews so I brought it there. $50 for the diagnose and they would do ASAP. I took their word. Nathan called me next day morning and tells me is ready for pick up, no extra charges. They fixed it. They won’t charge extra for non exiting issues. You can trust their price and diagnose. Good job.
