We have a home built in the 40s with some interesting DIY upgrades that we estimate happened in the 70s, including changes to the original front door area. We went to Thompson to replace the front and kitchen doors. Our tech, Greg or Craig (please forgive me) was a master. He was able to navigate the funkiness of what he found when replacing the doors, problem solving as he went along. He was efficient, polite, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

I had my garage door repaired last week and was extremely pleased with Thompson Garage Door. Scheduling was quick and easy. Cory did a great job and told me when to expect the technician to arrive. Like clockwork, Miguel arrived for the job. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. When he was done with the job he explained to me exactly what he had done. My garage door works well now and I highly recommend Thompson Garage Door!

Very professional staffing & extremely efficient. I came into the office to place a deposit & I was offered a cancelled appointment install date the same week. Wow! I accepted with no hesitation!
