Update on second visit. Mia reached out and rescheduled another crew lead by Cody to come back. The preformed the job quickly and we’re professionals. Unfortunate that another had to complete the job, and it had to be rescheduled. Just read carefully what you are contracting and paying for. The carpets cleaning is satisfactory. First time using this company. They didn’t go over the service offered in the special. This resulted in me paying $60 for spot treatment. That’s ok. I understand. But after they were finished I asked if the bed (on wheels). Was rolled over and cleaned under. I was told that they would need those instructions before starting the clean. So $89 special for two rooms. Up charge $60. And told it was my fault for not telling them, to move the bed. Also left a trail of water spots as they walked out. I was not happy and cleaned that up myself although it was offered after the payment was collected. The job lasted 30 minutes. Not the least expensive with the special but not quality either.
