Jerame at Action Garage was so wonderful! He was very honest with me about what our garage doors needed to be safe and last for many years to come, which was not, like some other companies told us, brand new doors. I know very little about garage doors so I was relying on experts to tell me what we needed. Jerame assured me that our doors were great and we just needed a rebuild of all of the supporting pieces. Dave and all the crew at Action Garage Door were awesome. I had a bear break through our wooden garage door and needed to replace and upgrade. I got a new custom one ordered and installed. I also upgraded openers in my other detached garage and love it. The team was fast, responsive, and friendly. The price was fair and am really happy with the outcome. About a few months later, one of my door tracks was having an issue and was making noise. Jerame came and spent an hour fixing the track until it was perfect. I asked to pay and was told no charge as they pride themselves on quality. It’s so rare to find people who stand behind their work, are friendly, fast and helpful. I couldn’t recommend these guys more and tell my neighbors (who also have broken doors from bears). Appreciate you Dave and Team!
