Then, a month later, my camera stopped working, and once again, he fixed it in record time. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent service really stand out. I happened to be in the area and I had been having trouble charging my phone. Without an appointment, I dropped in and asked if I could have my port cleaned. Not only did he stop what he was doing and immediately clean it for me, he did not even charge me. Great/honest company!

My MacBook bricked and would not turn back on. I first tried bringing it to UBreakIFix. After weeks of delays and false promises, UBreakIFix told me that the logic board was damaged and as a result, I would need to pay for a replacement logic board, screen, and keyboard. In addition, my data would be unrecoverable.
After doing my own research into logic board repairs for my specific model, I learned that it was possible to fix my MacBook and recover my data. I searched for local specialists and found ThinqMac. My first conversation with one of their employees immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. The gentleman corroborated a lot of the information I had found out through my own research.
The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair. In the end, after being told by UBreakIFix and Apple that my data was unrecoverable and my computer would never turn on again, the folks at ThinqMac proved them wrong. My computer has been as good as new for the last 4 months and I was able to recover my data.

My computer wasn't turning on and my data was going to be lost, but Thinq Mac was able to get my computer working, transfer everything to a new external drive, and save all the data.
