I agree with the one-star reviews, from other sites, if you search enough, very unprofessional. They did not even say ‘I’m sorry, well fix it” after I had to go back to return the crappy stitching that was done on one of the lounge chair fabrics which needed only reinforcement. Overall, I needed 8 straight lines sewing (2 lounge fabrics =$45) by just following the old stitches to reinforce the fabric. They did not even bother to look if the bottom side stitches are holding up. Sad. Definitely I would not trust them with bigger jobs by messing up a simple sewing job.
