As a return customer, I was disappointed by their lack of integrity and professionalism. The amount of BS and ghosting I experienced was unreal. I would absolutely not recommend and caution others. There are many upholsterers that take pride in their work. This is not one of them. In the last year, their work seemed rushed and quality has gone down. Marina‘s communication skills are sorely lacking and her idea of problem solving is to avoid you.

My experience with Kostas began with the reupholstering of my sofa and chair. The staff was extremely helpful (thanks Christine) with choosing the fabric. When the work was done I was very happy. I thought my experience was over but while visiting the shop I noticed that they also did custom woodwork. I had been looking for a table to fit a space in my home and Sam was able to build me an amazing bar height table at the dimensions I needed. (The table looks like it was born in that space) During the installation we noticed that two of the bar stools that I purchased for the table were slightly shorter than I had expected due to the height of the table. Sam took the stools back too the shop, added a 3 1/2 inch lift between the seat and legs while still allowing the stool to swivel. He stained the extension perfectly. (Oh yeah, the way the table was stained to match the stools you can’t tell that they didn’t come as a set) Sam’s craftsmanship is pure genius and Christine and the rest of the staff were great. Kostas honestly took good care of me and I couldn’t be happier with their work and pricing. Thanks for everything. Looking forward too working with you again.
