I recently had the pleasure of working with Canaan Technologies again to help our business with a computer setup. Customer service was excellent right from the start and they displayed a genuine willingness to help even though my issue did not fall within the realm of the company's current business. They were incredibly knowledgeable and kept me aware of the progress along the way. The whole process was quick and efficient.
We were lucky to have found Canaan Technology to help us set up a new business. They have been great partners as our firm has grown. They proactively manage our server, network, computers and phone system. We recently had the need to retrieve hours of lost work and because we had set up a Data Backup and Disaster Recovery solution, retrieving that work was a non-event. It worked exactly as Canaan said it would!
I purchased some wireless equipment from Canaan Technology and was incredibly pleased with the experience. Despite the fact that I didn't need a fully designed and installed IT solution - their bread and butter - David (the founder) was more than willing to discuss my needs and helped me validate my purchase decision. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend David and his team and would happily work with them again.
