We had them out to fix our fireplace and they were able to get the fan and flames going for us just in time for the holiday. I had some issues with it the next day because I did not properly understand the unit and they came back out free of charge and explained it all to me!
We wanted a blower put in to our existing gas fireplace. Scheduled appt easily. He arrived on time and even gave a text they were on their way. Quick install and terrific work. Cleaned up the glass and the area when done. Nice and friendly. Gave a senior discount without hesitation. Five years ago we needed help with an outdoor gas fireplace. He helped us via text and never had to come out and didn’t charge us a thing. We knew exactly who to go to when we wanted this blower put in! Honest and reliable!
Brian fixed the fireplace in less than 10 minutes, polished and cleaned everything to like brand new. He is very responsive to call and text message, and charged a very reasonable price. The best part is after a good conversation with Brian, it not hard to notice he is a great guy with good heart. We highly recommended his service. Thank you so much.
