I have been waiting 3 months for my $650 refund. Every time I call to inquire about it there is another sob story. The first was the employee that handled our refund suddenly up and quit without notice so they were not aware it was pending. The next time was that they had been victims of bank fraud. This time was, oh it was the owner's job, he never contacted you, you still haven't gotten your refund? This is definitely starting to feel like a scam and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They did get two stars because before the refund incident they had been very helpful with our new fireplace installation but I guess the guy who was helping us was the one that left was holding the whole business together.
