Simmons Plumbing, Water Heater Repair & Drain Cleaning

We are trying to keep costs down all while providing some excellent customer service, we had an issue that could have been very costly. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Simmons Plumbing. I called them out for a stopped-up toilet. They ran a snake through the toilet and charged me $1,200. Just a few days later, the toilet was backing up again with the exact same issue. When I contacted them about the problem returning, they said I would have to pay another service fee for them to come back out — even though the issue was clearly never properly fixed the first time. I've had some plumbing issues before and have had other companies come out, but Simmons Plumbing has been the best by far! Came out on a weekend for a water heater issue and they replaced it with ease. Amazing customer service, family friendly, and Veteran friendly. Top notch in my books! I will be using them for any and all plumbing needs from now on.
