Chase came out and was able to quickly determine that our fireplace was not able to be used in the traditional way, but could be used with a fireplace insert. He did not fully dally and waste my time in order to make a quick profit (which I would have been oblivious to), but instead took the shortest amount of time which cost me less. I will definitely be using his services again when we are ready to purchase an insert.
I love my new insert! No more dragging wood into the house or ashes to clean out. The people at Rock&Fire are awesome to work with.They are very friendly and great customer service.
We bought an older home this year and immediately had Chase and his team come out to do a sweep. We were so glad to have Rock & Fire on our side! They made the process of picking out a beautiful gas insert as seamless as possible. Our new fireplace is beautiful and we can’t wait to fire it up this fall!
Highly recommend! He cleaned both of our chimneys and educated us on how to use them as we were newbies. Great service, very friendly! Get your chimneys cleaned and ready in the summer months to save on prices and get it done before the winter rush! Will use them for years to come!
