Listened to my issues and gave me my options like a that cool friend who is willing to help you out but you need to pay because you aren’t that close and don’t want them to be taken advantage of. I thought it would be intimidating but they were very nice and it really felt like a great value to have my precious laptop info back from what I thought was unsalvagable. My mother in her late 70s has now used their services and is also happy with their service. Recommend.
