Dan & Jesse delivered our new washer and hauled away our old heavy one. They were responsive to our questions and worked quickly. They are detailed oriented and caught a previous mistake with the color coded water valves. They showed great care in moving the new appliance inside our laundry area and level it as well. What a fantastic team, nice to these two guys working Morrone Appliances!
I was first impressed with the communication from the office and the drivers as to when they were going to show up then when they showed up, they were extremely polite and placed the freezer exactly where I wanted. It adjusted it to level put the handle on it took all the material away and then asked if there’s anything else they could do certainly not what you typically experience in today’s world kudos to Jesse and DAN for doing the superior job thank you and we will be back again Dan and Marguerite Liese
Jesse and Dan were awesome. Professional, friendly, informative, and aware of their environment. They were very respectful of my house and took measures to not damage anything in it. They knew the product as well. They told me when to expect ice. Things like that. Why I am not giving a five star? I was given a attitude more than once from the person who answered the phone (female). If it was a one time deal, I would not have cared so much.
After an initial bump in the process, ie, the unit we purchased was not compatible with the configuration of the laundry area. Jesse and Dan worked with us tirelessly to find a unit that would fit. They took the time and Effort to ensure nothing was damaged and we were satisfied. Not only did they make two deliveries up two flights of stairs, but did so with patience and professionalism. Can not thank them enough.
