Holy Moly - I just got off the phone with Jason and I am absolutely floored by his helpfulness, professionalism, honesty, integrity, the list goes on. Based on his expertise and feedback, it turns out that I will be better off purchasing a new computer (which they don't sell) rather than using their upgrade services. HOWEVER, based on the absolutely wonderful experience on the phone, I will absolutely be using them to clear the manufacturer's bloatware and transfer my critical data vs. going it alone, which I have done in the past. I could do it myself, but I'd rather support these folks. Call them. Use them. Support this local business. :)
I went to The Right Click with a laptop with an expanded battery. The Geek Squad at Best Buy refused to handle it, but The Right Click removed the damaged battery as soon as I walked in and disposed of it free of charge. Excellent customer service - fast, professional, and affordable! I will definitely be going back to The Right Click for any computer repair needs.
Worked with Ben R. recently on a computer repair for my business. He was so helpful and attentive through the whole process. HE provided me updates along the way which really helped to ease my mind about the whole process. In addition to his great follow-up he went above and beyond and checked with Dell to see if I had any extended warranty coverage, which I did (and had completely forgotten about). He saved me quite a bit of money- as I was able to send my device in for service to Dell at no charge. Thanks Ben!
