The Fix in The Mall in Columbia

I took my MacBook Pro in because the screen wouldn’t open. They fixed that, but as soon as I got the laptop back, a brand-new problem showed up that it NEVER had before. The screen now has a huge black line running through it, and it glitches so hard the whole laptop freezes. It’s basically unusable. I even added a photo so people can see how bad it looks. I already paid $370, and when I went back to ask what happened, they refused to take any responsibility. They kept trying to convince me it wasn’t their fault, even though this issue started literally the moment I picked it up. Then they tried to charge me another $200 to “fix” the damage that clearly happened after their repair. To make it worse, they started avoiding me. I called multiple times, and they wouldn’t answer or call back. It felt like they were hoping I’d just give up instead of admitting they messed up. The whole experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly just disappointing. If you care about your device or your money, avoid The Fix Columbia. I really wish I went somewhere else, because now I’m stuck with a laptop in worse condition than when I brought it in.
