I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mr. Bill, the owner of BG Computer Services, and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. I brought in my 17” Asus ROG laptop, purchased back in 2016, for evaluation as my 16GB memory was completely filled, and I needed help transferring data to either my 1TB HDD or 128GB SSD. He provided a complimentary inspection of my laptop within just 20 minutes. He then presented a clear and detailed list of recommended upgrades, as well as additional options to consider for improving my system’s performance. His explanation of each item was thorough and easy to understand, making me fee... His explanation of each item was thorough and easy to understand, making me feel confident in the decisions we made together. We decided to upgrade my system storage to 1TB and migrate all my existing data to the new drive. Mr. Bill also upgraded my operating system to Windows 11 and provided valuable suggestions for future enhancements, such as updating the WiFi and installing a Microsoft one-time download. Impressively, he had all the necessary parts in stock, which meant no delays. Although I was initially told the upgrades would be completed by the next day, to my surprise, he was able to finish everything in just 3-4 hours—while I was out running errands with my kids! The same-day service was beyond my expectations, and his pricing was significantly more reasonable compared to other options like the Geek Squad at Best Buy or local competitors who charge fees just for an initial evaluation. I’m thrilled with how smoothly the entire process went and will definitely contact BG Computer Services first for any future laptop or PC needs for my family. I’m so glad I found them on Google!
