Great experience with this washer repair service. They responded quickly and scheduled the appointment right away. The technician was professional, diagnosed the issue fast, and fixed it efficiently. The price was very reasonable with no surprises. I highly recommend them if you need fast and reliable appliance repair.
The appointment was easy to make and within 48 hr of my call. The technician was ontime and received update throughout the day. He was efficient, knowledgeable pleasant and I was Told the cost of the repair. He did not the specific part went to get it and was back on no time . The repair was done in less than 2 hours. Great experience everytime and friendly services always.
As repeat customers, we called Mr. Appliance for a washing machine repair without hesitation. The response and scheduling was very professional and efficient. We were pleased that Hyon was again the Technician assigned as he had been to our house for another repair several years prior. Hyon is very thorough and clearly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and arranged for the repair to be completed once the necessary parts were available. Hyon returned several days later and completed the repair. Additionally, Hyon is extremely personable, explains the issue in detail, and is an excellent representative of Mr. Appliance. We will definitely call on Mr. Appliance when needed in the future and if possible, request to be put on Hyon’s schedule.
