Vega Refrigerator Repair

I called Vega Refrigerator Repair on a Saturday, not expecting that they would be able to service my ice machine until the following week. However, they were able to get to my house same day. My ice machine ended up needing to be replaced - they ordered the needed parts immediately and were back out to my house on Wednesday to install. They were so friendly, easy to work with, sent pictures, and their pricing is extremely reasonable. I would use them again and again. Thank you guys so much for the terrific service!

My icemaker inside my fridge door was making an awful noise. It was fixed in a timely manner and appears to be working fine again (at least to this point). I must admit that I had a bit of sticker shock at the quoted price ($424 to replace the small fan) but at least the job is done. The technician was very good and quite personable. He certainly seemed to know what he was doing. Other than the price (which is why I couldn’t rate the service a 5), I am happy with the outcome.

I was able to schedule a tech visit within a couple days. The tech arrived on time and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable in explaining the issue to me and left the area in which he was working and my refrigerator spotless! Thank you for all your help.
