Called on Thursday for an oven repair, set appt for Friday 10-12, they called and rescheduled for Monday at noon. I confirmed the appointment no leas than twice with their automated system. All fine, tenants without an oven for 3 days, they are ok. Monday rolls around, no show at noon. Call at 3pm and finally speak to someone (we have not heard a thing up to this point) and are told “just buy a new stove”….they never saw the stove, never called to discuss, we had to hunt them down and after 5 days they say “just buy a new one”. Even if they thought from the description of the problem that a new stove was warranted, 5 days later and several no shows and no calls, we had to chase down an answer. Should have suspected they would be half ass when the appointment setter sounded like she just rolled out of bed on day 1. DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS
