Bad bad experience. Walked in and customer greeted us at the door not sure of the girls name that helped us but all she could say is for us to go to tractor supply because the are way more expensive. When asked how much all she could say is way more expensive. She needs better customer service and shouldn't assume that we couldn't afford what we are looking for.

Ordered 8x8x8 chimney adapter paid for faster shipping method took a week and a half to receive. When it arrived they sent the wrong size. Wouldn't order from them again. I got an email from them stating they made a mistake and they wanted to make it right. I ignored it because I had to find a solution elsewhere and nothing they did would have helped. It wasn't about money it was about getting my roof on as quickly as possible and I needed this to do so. Then I see the reply to my review saying it was what I ordered what a joke.

Outstanding customer service!! Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are a high end store, but don't let that turn you away from them for landscaping and irrigation parts and systems. They are reasonable and the amount of time and brain damage you will save yourself from wandering around a big box store is so worth supporting a small business. Great people and great business!!
