A great experience from start to finish. Angelo took the time to walk us through our options and offered smart suggestions that balanced cooling efficiency with our desire to keep the system as discreet as possible. The installation crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did excellent work. What really stood out was their attention to detail - they even came back afterward to paint the exterior pipes so they blended seamlessly with our stucco. Edit to 4 stars: can’t say the follow-up after a few months is great so far. I haven’t heard back on simple/basic maintenance questions after reaching out a few times.

I talked to different HVAC contractors about replacing our old gas furnace, and after getting three bids we went with Reliable Tech. Angelo (the owner of the company) was extremely knowledgeable, gave us various options across different price ranges, and spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable with our decision. The cost was reasonable, the installation was exactly as promised, and the work crew was efficient and got everything done quickly and left the house and work space clean. Overall great experience, will definitely use them for future projects. Thanks!
