From the moment you speak with Helena to make an appointment to have your chimneys inspected and cleaned you will know you are in good hands. She is charming and very knowledgeable about chimneys. It gets even better! We have seven fireplaces and when Mike arrived he told us only five needed his attention. We hadn’t had them cleaned in quite a while. Well this is a first time experience needing a chimney sweep, and I only need it because it is a condition of my lease in order to get my deposit back. I called as many Chimney sweep companies that I could find and Casey's Top Hat Chimney Sweep Was the lowest quote so I booked them for 11/28 at 9am. I would like to mention the fact that they do not answer the phones. Ever. You have to leave a message and they'll call you back when it's convenient to them. In early November I called 3 chimney sweeps. One could schedule in mid-January; the second in late November and Casey's on Nov. 16. Casey's price was best of the 3. Exactly on time, Jacob came to the house. He was friendly, professional, efficient and expert. He did an outstanding job. This firm is highly recommended.
