WORST Window COMPANY IN SANTA FE.Went to pick up screens, they Looked worse than when I took them. Treated with the absolute worst treatment ever,they didnt even try to makeit right.I have given them thousands of Dollars in previous business. "NEVER AGAIN"I told the male I was going to Google reviews. He said,I DONT CARE".Way to look out for your Boss!! Updated:Never refunded nothing, went to Discount Glass.There the Best in Santa Fe. Avoid this Business at all Means. Employees threatened me and called me out I said no problem! Let's do it.Of course hot air as his Google response.

Having used these folks for several years with nothing but good service, I was surprised about 8 weeks ago when one of the office women (Rachel) and a young guy came out to caulk my 2nd story windows. Rachel spotted while the guy got on the ladder, but his work was so bad that I asked them to stop. I took pictures of the caulk mess that he made and asked for their regular window man, Earl, to come to the house, scrape off the caulking and do it right. Having waited for almost 2 months, I just called and spoke to Rachel who told me that 1) Earl can't get on a ladder and 2) I "owe" them $382.40. Having let her know before that I would not be paying anything until the job was properly done, I told her again, hung up and called a different window service. Bye bye, Glassman.
