Shawn was thorough, professional and protected the area from soot. He also wore booties to protect my carpet and cleaned the outside area afterwards from one of the two fireplaces that needed cleaning. He also replaced a chimney cap that was damaged in a windstorm. Quick and efficient. Thank you, Shawn!
Shawn recently worked on 2 properties that I manage. One was simple, but in the 2nd, the brick had been placed the wrong way, creating an unsafe condition. Shawn took the firebox apart & rebuilt it from scratch over a few days. It was a messy job, the worksite was always kept clean, even as other contractors traipsed all around him. I needed a last minute fireplace & chimney cleaning for the rental we are moving out of and Shawn’s chimney sweep made that one aspect of our move very easy. Called the week before and he popped by at the day and time we scheduled and he got it done in less than an hour. Price was exactly what he said it would be when I originally called.
