Absolutely terrific! When my refrigerator died the night of 12/23, I hightailed it to Builders Source early on 12/24. Diego Moreno walked me through in-stock options with complete knowledge of not only the features of various models, but thorough descriptions of the manufacturers' maintenance and customer service histories. He worked with me at an unhurried pace and answered all my questions. Ask for Mr. Moreno if you're shopping for any household appliance. He not only knows his stuff cold but listens closely and treats you respectfully, without pressure or upselling. On top of this, my fridge was delivered and installed the same day - Xmas Eve! No big box would do that. Can't recommend highly enough.

I worked with Diego to get my washer, dryer, and refrigerator for my newly built home. There were some issues and delays, but Diego communicated with me and solved everything. The guys that delivered my washer and dryer were super efficient and fast, also extremely respectful and professional. The El Paso team delivered my refrigerator, had to take the door off the hinges to get it inside. When I tell you they were FAST, and put my door back with no issues or damage. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

We have done business with Builders Supply in the past. So when my 5 year old Samsung microwave we went tthere first to look for a replacement. We spoke to Diego who was very personable and very helpful. We purchased a new one and it was delivered and set up the next day. The delivery and set up crew were very prompt and professional they did a great job. Also the price for the microwave, delivery and set was very reasonable. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them for any home appliances.
