My uncle and I recently stopped by to see if they could help me with my iPhone’s battery issue. We were welcomed and greeted as soon as we walked in. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. He was in the middle of working on something but when he saw my iPhone he knew immediately that my battery was swollen and in danger of exploding, and immediately helped us. I told him I had an iPhone 12, he immediately said no, you have an iPhone 13! He was very knowledgeable and polite and professional! He took out my battery, showed us the difference in the new one and the old one. Explained everything in detail and gave us all the pro’s and con’s about battery health. He fixed my iPhone, put a new battery in and it took less than 10 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable and fair. This gentleman deserved every penny and more! My uncle and I were so impressed with him and his business we were like two little kids on the way home talking excitingly about how great our experience was there! He truly enjoyed our business and our company, as we did him. It felt like how local businesses used to be years ago. My uncle even had questions about an old iPod he had, and this gentleman took the time to tell him about his iPod and what to do. He even looked it up and showed him on his computer! Bottom line, we were ecstatic about this business and the service. If you or anyone you know have cell phone issues or computer issues, this place is the ABSOLUTE #1 and best choice in the area. My uncle said he’s never going anywhere else ever again, and I feel the same way. We were blown away with the speed, efficiency, comfortableness, and great work he did. No other business like this can compare to this place! If I could give him 100 stars I would! I just want to thank him and the business for the hospitality and great work. He’s the best! 😎👍🏻

Mr. Brooks at The Broken Gadget SHOULD BE your go-to phone repair shop in the gulf coast area. I brought my phone to Ubreak Ifix. Here, i was greeted by a new woman who wasnt too sure on what was going on, therefore, Caleb chimed in to help, where i experienced the worst customer service id seen from this place. i felt rushed out of the way to get to the next person. needless to say, i let them repair my cracked back glass. i left at 1:30, came back at 3 and was told to wait another hour. then i came back later and waited another 30 minutes. then, approximately two to three days later my phone stopped working completely, after slowly starting to malfunction. that is when i brought my phone to Brooks. He solved whatever happened to my phone, it was completely inoperable at this point. so while there is a point to get as many clients and be as fast as you can, when you marry that with personable skills it makes the process much easier and more inviting to return.
