Scott Pulliam and his team at 911 Restoration of Mississippi did a great job taking care of my 91 year old Mother after her water heater burst in her attic a couple of months ago. His quick response was crucial in allowing my Mom to be able to stay in her home during the restoration and repairs. This company was a one stop shop. Scott dealt with all of the various sub-contractors . I would highly recommend 911 Restoration of Mississippi for any restoration or contracting projects you may need. The quality of the work done was excellent . He treated my Mom like she was his family!
Marcel Williams came and did the fire I had in my bedroom. He was very punctual and a great awesome worker. He is also very engaging and will keep you laughing. All around great experience 1000/10 is my rating for the business

I called Scott the day after out non-flood plain home flooded. He was very nice and professional and agreed to come evaluate our home.He arrived promptly along with a crew who inspired confidence.
After we agreed to have Scott’s guys do the work, the crew immediately started in a very quick and efficient manner. All their supplies were organized and there was very little wasted time.
I must comment on the workers. Every one was extremely polite and able to have a nice conversation. Every one was mindful of the stress we were under and extremely respectful. Team leader Quentin was definitely in charge and courteously saw that his men were on task.
The team spend around 3 days in their tasks of essentially removing every water-soaked item in the house, and we are now at the stage of drying. I currently have a large number of dryers, dehumidifiers, and other devices in my newly-stripped house.
The biggest realization I had from this is what would have been the consequences of not having done this correctly and how long it would have taken an inexperienced group even if they HAD done it right. My body is very sensitive to mold and my breathing is affected when I am around it. Thus it was imperative that I NOT get that in my home. I believe that Scott, Quinton, and his men gave my home the best chance to remain a home that my wife and I love.
