Guarantee Restoration has been a Godsend so many times, from a flood coming out the side of a building, to a fire, sanitizing our office during the big C, to cleaning up after a deceased person, and fixing a couple of patio doors for us. Everyone I have been in contact has been professional, kind, and just a pleasure to work with. Doesn't matter the time of day, they are there!
Our company, Shoreline Property Management, recently used Guarantee Restoration Services for one of our rental properties in Ocean Springs. We needed assistance with cleaning the ductwork to address a lingering smoke smell and treating a garage area with pet odor. Not that long ago I found myself ankle deep in water in my kitchen. Broken, defeated, concerned, and lost I didn't know what to do. I had a friend that went through something similar and told me Guarantee Restoration did a pretty good job for them. I immediately called Guarantee Restoration, and they connected me with someone on their team that could walk me through the next steps. After they were so willing to help me, I decided to trust them with everything to get me back to a normal life. They came out to my house the next day and did all kinds of work and had a bunch of equipment everywhere. I was concerned but their manager Brian continued to talk me through each step and helped me understand what was going on. I specifically remember thinking I had to tell my friend that his words helped me choose the right company. I decided why stop there, that I should let the internet know exactly how great it was to work with true professionals. My house has been back together and you would never even notice that I was standing in ankle deep water in my kitchen. Thank you, Guarantee Restoration, for your professionalism and knowledge of making my home feel good again.
We were referred to them to restore our house after fire. They ripped open the roof, that wasn’t even damaged, and left it exposed for SEVERAL MONTHS. They had sub contracted out our house to unskilled labors that did HORRIFIC work. They only fixed their screw ups after we lodged a formal complaint with THE BBB. Even then it took months and going behind their work to get it done. Then less than a year later our roof is leaking. Mind you-the fire never even touched our roof and it was perfect before them. $90,000 to have our home in worse condition that it was after the fire. They did send someone to honor our warranty though-so I will give them their dues on that issue. But please don’t use these guys. These are just a few pics of the shotty work. That hole was exposed for months and months and it resulted in ruining the floor. That trim-would you pay for that? They made the whole experience WORSE than the fire.
