Guarantee Restoration has been a Godsend so many times, from a flood coming out the side of a building, to a fire, sanitizing our office during the big C, to cleaning up after a deceased person, and fixing a couple of patio doors for us. Everyone I have been in contact has been professional, kind, and just a pleasure to work with. Doesn't matter the time of day, they are there!

Our company, Shoreline Property Management, recently used Guarantee Restoration Services for one of our rental properties in Ocean Springs. We needed assistance with cleaning the ductwork to address a lingering smoke smell and treating a garage area with pet odor. Not that long ago I found myself ankle deep in water in my kitchen. Broken, defeated, concerned, and lost I didn't know what to do. We were referred to them to restore our house after fire. They ripped open the roof, that wasn’t even damaged, and left it exposed for SEVERAL MONTHS. They had sub contracted out our house to unskilled labors that did HORRIFIC work. They only fixed their screw ups after we lodged a formal complaint with THE BBB. Even then it took months and going behind their work to get it done. Then less than a year later our roof is leaking. Mind you-the fire never even touched our roof and it was perfect before them. $90,000 to have our home in worse condition that it was after the fire.
