Rob is the man ! A great technician who'll get you up and running with your equipment. I've been utilizing his skills for over 10 years and he has always been honest and brought my amps back from the dead with a tune up or deep dive where needed. Quite frankly, He is the only person I want to bring my amps to for repair.

Recently I had a JTM45 built from the Marshall schematic and was good. Then it started blowing the mains fuse. I lost all confidence in the one who built the amp and I contacted Rob for his deep dive. Rob did a total forensic investigation and made some corrections. I picked up the amp today it is a rock solid JTM45 now. To top it all off, Rob will explain the issue and educate the customer as to why there was an issue and what he did to correct the problem. Many amp techs will simply make a correction and off you go. Rob's knowledge of amp circuits is very broad and he happily shares his knowledge to educate his customer. Rob at The Amp Shop in Trenton is the guy to see for amp issues. He will get any amp issue resolved.
