Colton was amazing! He came out right on time, assessed the issue, corrected the issue, made sure that there were no lingering issues with the machine, and finished the job. I still had an issue on my own that I thought might be a problem so I reached back out and he called me back and we talked about it on the phone and he explained to me what it was which - I had taken a video of what the machine is doing and was able to send that to him so he could take a look at it and he did which was really helpful - it ended up being my fault With towels bunching up in the machine). He was very kind and I just ran another test load and it worked great. I really appreciate the customer service of the entire company. The fact that you guys took my initial call on a Sunday and that you were able to get out here so quickly and get it resolved. Colton deserves more than five stars! I will absolutely call you back if I ever have any other issues with any of my appliances!

I waited a week to give a review to make sure there were no issues with the repair. Our dryer had stopped heating so we called Texas True Appliance Repair. Derek showed up on time. He was friendly and personable. He politely answered all of my and my children's questions and was able to tell me the problem and cost of repairs quickly. He even had the part in his truck. Also, our washing machine had become off balance so I asked if he could balance it and how much extra it would be. He said it would take no time at all and he would do that for free. He also gave tips on taking care of both machines even though he was really only called out for the dryer. He was in and out in less than an hour. The dryer is running great drying three to four loads of clothes a day for the past week. Texas True is definitely the ones to call for your appliance repair needs.
