I emailed Stephen with the problem & he responded quickly. He told me he would call me at a certain time to talk about it & he did. He was very thorough asking me questions about my machine. He was able to troubleshoot & advise, sending me a list of the parts to order. On the appointment day, Stephen was punctual, professional, & so pleasant! He was very neat & cleaned up. Steven provides a service & knowledge set very specific for our Miele built in unit that was fast, courteous & precisely fixed the problem. He was consciously aware of minimizing our out of pocket expenses. As opposed to the manufacturer who offered no phone support but offered a service tech significantly higher in cost & impossible to schedule. We will call again without hesitation & comforted to have Steven as a trusted resource
