Manny was GREAT!!! Came right in and found the problem. Great attitude! I would highly recommend him to anyone and EVERYONE. Knew exactly what he was doing and even cleaned up the mess that was left in the dishwasher before him. Thank you again
I had a great experience with Northstar Appliances. The service was professional, quick, and very helpful. Manny was especially great to work with — he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. He really went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Manny did an excellent job fixing our dishwasher. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. EXCELLENT customer service. They came out in 2 days (right at the end of an ice storm) and Manny, the technician was 45 minutes earlier than his window, which was amazing! He replaced the entire guts of my dryer (the whole kit, he called it), cleaned out my washer filter and was out within the hour. Very friendly, courteous and speedy. Would definitely recommend them!!!
Manny is the BEST! Timely, knowledgeable and friendly. Texted him photos of the washer error message and model so that he had the right part - he did so the repair was quick. Back up and running 24 hours later - which is huge with college kiddo retuning home from abroad with lots of clothes to wash!!
