So I originally contacted Geek Squad to come for service on my Whirlpool dryer, they couldn’t get to me for 6 days!!! They also want to charge an arm and a leg, even though I have a total protection membership, tell me how that’s right?! Needless to say I looked for an alternative route and so glad I came upon HPS Appliance Repair! It was late at night so I made an appointment online, easy peasy…they contacted me back immediately and set up a diagnosis appt for next day!!! The technician was nice and very informative, he was able to fix my dryer in this same appt because he had the part on hand! That’s not even the best part… the service fee was waived and I only had to pay for the parts and labor, you cannot ask for anything better than that!!!
