Otis was great! This is a good place to buy a used appliance. I wanted a used GE dryer and I called them and he said that he had some and quoted me a very good price. I went to the shop and picked one out and he asked me when I wanted it delivered. I said asap, so I paid for it and he said I can head home and make sure everything is off of the old dryer and he will be at my house shortly after I get there. Well, within 10 minutes of me getting home he was at my house with the new dryer. He even gave me a 30 day warranty. Sweet! I called Mr. Adams regarding my washer. He came on the same day I called and was able to repair my LG washer. My husband and I were very happy with the same day service, affordable pricing and friendly service.

I can’t recommend Otis enough. My dryer needed a new brain and he knew exactly what to do. He was personable, prompt with communication, upfront with pricing, timely, and quick with the actual repair. While I don’t want any of my appliances out of service again, I know exactly who I will call if anything breaks again.
