Tech Experts - Phones, Tablets, Computers, Sales & Repair At Benbrook

I visited Benbrook Tech Experts for the first time last week. I had passed it many times and always planned to stop some day. I didn't really think there was hope for my old iPhone8 but I use it as a backup phone on wifi and it has more storage than my 'real' phone. I used to let my great nieces and nephews play games on it but I'd had trouble getting it to charge properly recently. The charger would pop out of the charging port so I had to hold it in place with tape. I'm glad I stopped that day. Peter was very courteous and assured me he could change out the charging port and it would be working fine. It wouldn't take very long so I decided to go eat lunch while he was working on it. Several other customers came inside while I was there and they were all greeted warmly as well. The atmosphere in the store was pleasant and I liked the Christian music playing in the background. I would definitely recommend Benbrook Tech Experts if you have something that needs fixing. Prices are reasonable and there is a referral incentive also. Thank you Benbrook Tech Experts for getting my phone fixed just in time for my trip. My great nieces and nephews had fun playing games on it! I haven't had any problems with it charging. It works good as new!

Yesterday, I purchased a Dell laptop computer from Peter at Tech Experts and couldn't be happier. My 10-year-old laptop was unable to support the upcoming Microsoft 11 upgrade, and I needed a newer and faster laptop. Best Buy projected the cost of a new laptop and the transfer of all my files and photos from my old computer to be at around $1,000. I saw a social media post from a neighbor in Benbrook who was praising Tech Experts on Hwy 377, and i went to check it out. Peter was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. (I remembered having taken my phone to him for repair about a year ago and he did a great job.) He answered all my questions and said he would make the transition to a new laptop quick and easy, and he wasn't lying. I got a great laptop and everything switched over from my old laptop for about half of what I would have spent at Best Buy. I've had the laptop home for 24 hours and haven't had any problems. I know that Peter will answer any questions I mighr have in the future. I have confidence in Peter whether for phone or computer repairs or purchases, and he and Tech Services are a valuable part of the Benbrook business community.
