Let me start off by saying the amount of care and love they put into the work they do is already worthy of 5 stars. I called into the store at 1/10/2026 about my switch that displayed the error code 2101-0001. Leo was extremely professional informing me of the issue and offering a fair solution. I brought it to the store not expecting it to be done the same day and they exceeded my expectations. His wife Angelica was extremely nice and welcoming and the entire vibe of the store made me feel like my switch was in good hands. I received my switch on the same day, within three hours and since I’ve gotten it back it’s been smooth. If you need any repairs done just know your device is in good hands and will be well cared for. Highly recommend 5⭐️
