Abel was on time, very knowledgeable and answered all questions. He was very helpful explaining what was wrong with my oven. I would highly recommend! Diagnostic visit seemed a little high but for good service it’s worth it. We will decide whether to go ahead with the repair or replacement.
At this point very dissapointed. I never post reviews, but i feel that people should know this company has limitations. They are kind and opetators try to be helpful, but they have limitations if the technician that diagnosed the problem is not available, then you have to wait until this person becomes available to do the repair. I don't thin that is practical for anybody. They were very fast bringingvthe part that was needed, but, still waiting for that technician! I was supposed to he scheduled first thin in the morning, still waiting. Manager not available either. And if you are oaying half front, i expect a better customer service. So people be aware that you have to pay half in front!
Refrigerator went out on Thanksgiving day. Called for service on an LG refrigerator, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They had a wait so I checked with other places first and was even told to call LG directly who then referred me back to Mr. Appliance. December 2nd the tech came out and diagnosed our fridge. December 3rd I had to pay in advance to get them to order the part and schedule us for service. December 8th I inquired as to if we would be scheduled soon. It took them 5 days to get the part. Then we had to wait to be scheduled until a certian tech could come. Their technician came out on a Friday morning, December 12th to install and fix. He "fixed" it and left. Before they closed, same day, I called and let them know it was not fixed. Making noises and that the water that worked before they came wasn't working now. I was talked to like I was incapable of working or understanding a fridge and dismissed. I called several times over the weekend and there are no after hours employees apparently. My husband called on Monday the 15th and again we were told they would send someone out but the tech that needed to come was busy. We were on a cancellation list, if one exists. Still didn't come until the next day, 3 hours after the supposed scheduled time. He comes in and says yep, it's a defective part and he leaves. That was Tuesday, the part was supposed to come in today and we should have been scheduled for a service call to finally have a fridge. Nope! We aren't scheduled until Tuesday, December 23rd. This is almost 800.00. We are living out of a mini fridge and I fail to understand why only one person in this company is capable of doing this job. What happens if he comes out and our part is defective again or he doesn't fix it again. Then we wait until next year! Very unhappy with this company that calls themselves "neighborly".
