Probably a great place to take your dell optiplex to have the power supply replaced or something that you probably could’ve done yourself but didn’t want to watch the YouTube videos to learn, recommend against taking high end builds here though you’ll pay a couple hundred for them to discern defective parts
I had an excellent experience at Tech Support Computer Repair. Robert was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable from start to finish. His communication was clear and consistent, and he took the time to explain what was going on with my PC. He genuinely did everything he could to fix it and never hesitated to put in the effort. This shop is far better than my experience at The Fixi Shop on Montgomery St. The difference in professionalism and care was obvious. If you want someone who is straightforward, skilled, and actually cares about fixing your computer the right way, Robert is the person to go to. Highly recommended.

I had an issue I needed expedited. I brought my computer in on Friday afternoon. (Because of course my computer malfunctioned end of the business week) I could not delay until next week so I paid the expedite fee and he worked on it over the weekend. He kept me updated on what was going on and had it ready by the agreed upon time. I will definitely use them again next time I need tech support.
These guys were great! My 6 year old Surface Pro decided it was time to give up the ghost and they were very up front with what my options were and what the cost would be. In the end I decided to just have them copy the contents of the computer to a flash drive and they got everything I was hoping for and more for a very reasonable price. Thank you guys very much for your help, I truly appreciate it!
