Called on Oct 8 to have them come check a commercial reachin refrigerator that was slowly going out of temp. No call from dispatch for 3 days. So called back on Oct 11and left message that unit is now out of temp and unusable. Still no call for days. Called again on Oct 14 and spoke with rep whom could not get in touch with dispatch either. She said that she would send an email to dispatch and their supervisor to expedite service. Here it is Oct 21 and I have yet to hear from dispatch or any one else. So I have called and cancelled request. Do your self a favor and just find someone else to work on your kitchen equipment problems!!! One star is gracious, UPDATE One of there techs show up on Nov 4 to work on the unit. Told he that the service request was canceled a couple weeks ago.... Then on Nov 11th I received a bill for almost $200 for trip charge and hourly rate....smh
