Mr Fix – Phones, Computers, & More

If I could give negative stars I would. I DO NOT recommend. They told me 3 to 5 business days to fix my laptop. They have had my laptop for about a month now and it is still NOT fixed. They rarely answer the phone when I call, so I started text them, most of the time they will respond to text. I dropped.my laptop off to be repaired they said they would call when done but would be 3 to 5 bysiness days. I waited almost 2 weeks because there was a holiday. I called several times no answer, finally got an answer sounded like they forgot about my laptop then said oh we will have it fixed tomorrow. So the next day I call, no answer drive the 45 min there to get my fixed laptop. Nope not fixed said they tried but it wasnt what they thought. Ok how long before fixed oh the guy will be in tomorrow that was two weeks ago totalling a month now. Guess what still no call, no update, still not fixed. Yes, I can pick it up and take it somewhere else. But the point is....this is the worst place to take a laptop or computer I guess phones are easier for them but still the lack of professionalism and courtesy is disheartening. I will NEVER be a customer again, I will never recommend them and will tell every and anybody who will listen this business is aweful! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!
