Don and Will made gas installation so easy and quick for us. They installed 2 new hoses and made sure our stove was fully operational before taking off! Answered all the extra questions and checked on a few miscellaneous extra items! Great guys, kind, attentive, and communicate so well. Sure, they’re more expensive than some others, but it was well worth it for the quality and the haste put into the work. We will definitely use Otter Guys for future work if needed.
Our HVAC system went out on the coldest day of the year following a snowstorm. The customer service associate at The Otter Guys was very friendly and helpful. Due to the weather, the best projection was two days. She kept in contact with me and was able to schedule Andrew to assess our system. Andrew was very professional and walked me through the issue. Due to the extent of the repair, we decided to purchase a new system. Andrew presented multiple options and worked with us to stay our price range. Great first impression!
Nathan was very friendly and helpful explaining with a Picture recap on his Tablet of everything he tested. The office customer service was friendly and helpful setting up the appointment and they had no problem getting me on the schedule one day out.
