My seat was improperly adjusted by another shop, so I came here in passing. Employees are kind, asked me what I needed as soon as I walked in. Small selection of stuff, but it all looked quality. Definitely returning to this place for their efficient service.
This place has earned my loyalty forever! They did an amazing job tuning up my new bike, but more importantly, they absolutely saved us when our bike rack was missing a key part. Jon, the employee who helped us out, went out of his way to find a replacement piece for our bike rack and let us borrow their tool to replace it. Thank you so much!
This is a great local, independent bike shop with an attentive, talented staff. I have been taking my multiple bikes here over the years for complete tune-ups and on-the-fly adjustments. Yesterday I had a bit of grinding as I was biking into town, stopped by, and one of the mechanics cheerfully checked things over, cleaned the chain, lubed the gear rings, and sent me on my way after just a few minutes, with a bike that worked perfectly. Even if I had to travel some distance to go there, I would.
