They booked me in for an estimate the next day. James came over, saw what I needed replaced & completed it the same day. All the staff were polite and honest. Everyone was very honest & courteous. James did an excellent work & the cost was reasonable. I am very happy. Call them again if I ever need any more hvac services.
I was very pleased with the service. My dog and I were unable to cool the house enough, so we had to call in after-hours. JP repaired the AC. Honest pricing and a candid discussion about the likely lifespan of this repair. I need to replace my older unit sooner rather than late. They will be called again at the appropriate time.
Charlie and his associate did a fantastic job installing my split mini ac in my garage. Charlie is a very funny guy with a good customer service attitude. He checked that everything was working properly and asked me questions, making sure i understood. The most important thing is he does not scam you with his pricing! Honest and transparent! I would highly recommend! They are very clean and tidy!
They came the following day, after diagnosing our problem and installed a replacement system! We were up-and-running by the evening and many unexpected issues were expertly fixed. Ben and Steven have been great! Elizabeth was able to answer all of our questions.
