I was thankful to get an appointment through the online scheduling system for the next day after my starter malfunctioned. I appreciated the diagnosis of the issues, communication and reasonable time for completion of repairs. We’ve been to Old Ox a few times. We appreciate this neighborhood business.
I went for a pre-purchase inspection. Meg was the person I worked with to schedule and was very helpful. It was super straightforward with it taking about an hour and 20 min to do the inspection. Afterward, a technician went through the report line by line with me and shared a handy link with me that included the entire report. The service was just around ~$200. They were very objective and didn't do any upselling after getting me the report. Super professional and easy to work with.
Great neighborhood place. Good people, clear communication. I trust them when they explain which repairs are important and which ones can wait. Prices will be on the upper end, but I’ve never felt taken advantage of. Customer for 3+ years with a 10 year old CR-V. Would recommend avoiding Honda dealers in the DMV.
