SOS Quick Tires

I brought a 2012 nissan altima from them in june 2020 & its September 2020 and my car is no good they ad said it runs perfect with no problems . Come to find out they sold me a lemon the tires are no good , transmission is slipping and catalytic converter needs replacement. I am taking them to court do not buy they are rip offs . They guy raymond insured me that there will be no problems . They sold me a defective car that i almost died in . My service engine light came on the same week i brought the car because they reseted it to make it seem like the car was in good condition . Do not spend your money here . I brought the car thinking i was getting the proper treatment and just got ripped of because i am a female .

Horrible customer service!!! The one man who was working today did not greet me as I stood by my car on his parking lot for over 10 minutes. I repeatedly attempted to make even the slightest eye communication and he literally waved me off. Only out of curiousity did I wait to see how it would all play out. By the time he finally acknowledged me I stated my problem and asked him what he thought the ballpark in price would be. To say he was ambiguous would be a gross understatement. I have now been here for 30 minutes, Triple A is on their way to assist me, and the person in front of me has now left and he has begun working on something else. If I had been rude at any point I would understand this treatment. I'm not even the google review type of person. However, today's experience was so regrettable that I decided to leave a review and wait right beside his parking lot for Triple A to arrive. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, but who knows.
