T-Mobile Experience Store

I’m a customer with T-Mobile and had some questions about my account and phones. My rep was Aaron 😊 he was the sweetest person, patient, took his time helping me. He didn’t make me feel like he was on a timer. I appreciate that so much because sometimes it’s all about the next customer instead of the one that’s sitting in front of you. Ask for Aaron the next time you’re there. He’s the best!

My experience at this store is been exceptional, well knowledgeable and informative. I have had some issues with a couple of phones and they have been taken care of, and also information received has been helpful. Overall, what do you expect?, job well done.

I'm not a customer but my spouse is a customer. Service with this carrier for a few years now. Visited this store to view newer phones, compare pricing, and see what would available in stock. Had researched 2 specific phones the day prior, so we knew exactly what we wanted to compare. Waited about 15 minutes for employee to assist. Not bad wait time compared to other carrier stores that I've visited. Aaron (hope I spelled his name correctly), was awesome in providing services and a great representation of TMOBILE! Answered all questions. Setup and transferred data from old phone to new phone and reset old phone to factory default so we'd be comfortable leaving old phone behind. And might I add, Tmobile is less expensive than the service I have. I might become a customer! Great options! (However, not to take away from their earnings, but I overheard a customer asking about a $60 screen protector (👀)). I buy those phone cases and screen protectors on Amazon for much less! Edge 2025 is what was purchased. Awesome choice!
