on jan26 at 530 pm i took my iphone 16 pro max in cause th screen was broke they told me the price at$310 dollars then the screen they put on was labeled wrong he told me that was a 420 dollar screen they miss labeled it so they knocked the priced from 420 to 360 in all cost me 416 dollars got home and the screen was flashing took it back in 15 minutes they changed the screen again was working ok then the next night screen went completely black had to take it somewhere else took get fixed took the screen back to them and was informed th screen was scratched and that would not credit me anything so i asked for the owners info they took my info and said he would reach out and of course he did not. Manjunath Gowda is the owner this is bad business he told me earlier to bring the screen back and i could get credited and of course they found reason to not issue th credit i only had it on my phone for less that 24 hours i do not recommend them at all i have contacted the bbb and others

Needed a new battery since my phone kept shutting off even on charge. Took it to Graphicom and they told me I was going to have to pay over $400 since it wouldn’t stay on and that the screen will probably crack as well. I then left and took it here and they replaced the battery with no issues less than 30 minutes and WAY cheaper. I didn’t get the guys name but he was super nice and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any phone repairs and will go to them from now on!
