These folks will bend over backwards to help with any issues you have. They are willing to do minor fixes to my various Apple devices quickly. I only had to pay for one fix and it was not expensive. I brought an old iphone se in today that I could not get to reset for turn in. I was out in 3 minutes. My car would not start after leaving and one of the employees saw my dilemma and came out to help. Love these guys!
This is the place to go if you are having any issues with your apple products! I have been twice, both for my laptop and the second time they didn't even charge me to look at it. They are very kind and helpful.
Every time I walk into this store, I’m greeted immediately with a smile. I’ve visited several times and had various work done, from full replacement of a smashed Apple Watch screen to adding additional space on my Apple pro laptop to having protection screens put on my devices. Service has always been top notch and prices are reasonable. Great experience each time.
Only authorized apple dealer in the Columbus GA region. All Apple products are priced as though you were buying directly from Apple, the same discounts (military, academic), apply. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Apple products can be found throughout the store and all products can be tested. A very hands on approach, similar to the Apple stores. Nice waiting area for customers. Does not sell iPhones, but does sell a wide variety of Apple compatible products. Again, the staff is very knowledgeable and can answer all questions. They can also install screen protectors.
